Are Kei Trucks street legal in Texas?
Yes. SB 1816 made miniature vehicles ordinary titled and registered motor vehicles. No speed cap or road ban; the truck must be able to obey traffic laws. That applies to trucks at least 25 years old. Trucks sold for off-road use only can't be titled for the road. Read the Texas Kei Truck laws before you buy.
